Ingredients

4 ea. oysters shucked

1 Tbsp. red and yellow bell pepper (chopped)

1 Tbsp. shallots (chopped)

1 Tbsp. chives (chopped)

⅓  cup prosecco

¼ cup white balsamic

cracked black pepper

 

Directions

Mix all of the ingredients together and serve on top of the chilled shucked oysters.
