INGREDIENTS

½ Lb. Orecchiette pasta (cooked al dente to pkg instructions)

2 cups swiss chard

2 Tbsp. garlic (minced)

6 Tbsp. brown anchovy (chopped)

2 tsp. black pepper

6 Tbsp. butter

¼ cup chicken stock

¼ cup white wine

 

DIRECTIONS

In salted boiling water, cook orecchiette to package instructions. In a large sauté pan, add Swiss chard, garlic, anchovy, butter and black pepper and sauté for about 3 minutes. Add chicken stock and white wine and reduce for about 4 minutes. Add orecchiette and toss to combine. Sauce should be a creamy consistency. Place on plate and serve hot.
