Mediterranean Citrus Poached Halibut with Sautéed Broccolini Agrodolce & Anchovy Vinaigrette

INGREDIENTS

1 lemon

1 red bell pepper

2 green onions

¼ oz. fresh parsley

¼ oz. fresh basil

2 garlic cloves

1 orange 

2 anchovies 

1 Tbsp. red wine vinegar

6 oz. broccolini

¼ tsp. red pepper flakes

¼ tsp. black peppercorns

1 bay leaf

2 halibut fillets

2 butter pats
